My cousin Hugh (who is an incredibly talented photographer - visit his instagram page here: @hughographie and I have been sending each other photos of traffic cones (or witches hats, as we call them in Australia) back and forth on WhatsApp for a while now. The only rule: the cone can't be doing its job. No active traffic management, no high-vis duty. Just a cone, existing somewhere it probably shouldn't.

It's stupid. But it's fun. There's a meaning behind it, but it's far too convoluted to get into here.
